The Leafmore Forest Board has authorized the Architectural Committee to coordinate the repairs and maintenance of the external vertical surfaces and roofs of the community dwellings and garages.

Grady Fussell is head of the Repairs & Maintenance Subcommittee. If you feel you need this type of work, please contact Grady. His contact information can be found in the Community Directory. He will evaluate the issue and contract to do the repair.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have contractor work done without prior approval of the Board or an Architectural Committee member, the HOA will not take fiscal responsibility.
