The Association was incorporated on April 16, 2010. The Final Declarations and Final Bylaws were approved September 18, 2010.  On June 20, 2013 an Amendment was made to Paragraph 14(e) of the Declarations.

The Rules and Regulations for Leafmore homeowners are linked below. The Board of Directors determines these rules and regulations under the authority of the governing documents (Covenants). These rules and regulations serve to preserve and enhance the enjoyment of everyone living in Leafmore Forest.  

The Rules Review Committee will review the amended Declarations, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations in order to propose to the board changes as necessary to clarify the responsibilities of homeowners versus the responsibilities of the HOA (Association) and its committees. This committee also implements a process for upholding the rules, including publishing newsletters about the rules, providing an email to the community for sending input and concerns, and sending notices and warnings for rules violations to ensure the community standard is upheld. In the event a resident continues to violate the rule after communication and a warning are issued, a $25.00 a day fine will be issued until the violation is resolved (approved by the HOA Board in April 2020).
